Why are your payment processing fees so low?
Most platforms charge 3-5% plus per-transaction fees. We charge just 1-2% because we're not trying to profit from your fundraising. Our mission is to reduce the financial burden on volunteer-run organizations.
Can I try Osia Pro before paying?
Yes! We'll offer a 30-day free trial of Osia Pro so you can experience the AI assistants and automation before committing. If you don't love it, downgrade to Basic at any time.
What if our unit can't afford Osia Pro?
We offer grants for units in need. Email us at support@scoutosia.com and we'll work something out. No scout unit should miss out because of budget constraints.
Is this per unit or per leader?
Per unit. One subscription covers your entire troop/pack/crew and all adult leaders. Everyone on your leadership team gets access.
Can we cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays accessible even if you downgrade to Basic.
